Add a stock

Learn how to add your first stock.

Quickstart

Stock must be added to portfolio before adding holdings.

Add to watchlist

Click (+)

Search by name or ticker

Make sure you choose the correct exchange and country!

Stock is added to the table.
Stock market data is not used in risk and other calculations if no shares owned and is in the table for watch purposes only.

Add holdings

Select a stock

Click (+) to add a new row

It is possible to add multiple rows at once.
All rows will be sorted based on the date after the holdings are saved so no need to worry about the ordering.

Enter date, choose account, enter share price, amount and total transaction cost

Account must have sufficient funds to add the investment!
To add a sell transaction enter a negative share amount.

Click 'Save'

Done

Holdings are added to the stock and statistics are re-calculated.

Remove a holding

Click the delete icon

Click 'Save'

It is possible to delete multiple holdings before clicking save.

Holdings are removed to the stock and statistics are re-calculated.

Remove a stock

Select a stock you want to delete

It is possible to choose multiple stocks at once.

Click the delete button

Located at the top right of the table.

All statistics are re-calculated.

Archive a stock

Once the stock becomes inactive and there is no need to show it in the active stocks table, it is possible to click the archive button to hide it away into a separate archive table.
All stocks that are in the archive table are not considered when calculating current risk score.

Remove from archive

To restore a stock and move it back to main stock investments table just click the unarchive button that looks identical to the archive one while expanding the stock in the archive table.
